The respected Cochran institute doctors now say the flu vaccines are overstated, and points out that the WHO changed the definition of a "pandemic" in May this year (2009) so that it has no meaning anymore. the definition of a pandemic is huge amounts of deaths and a sudden and _simultaneous_ outbreak. 8-15 people have died in norway. 90% where sick before. A normal flu kills 1000 people each year in Norway.

So, even though the vaccine is proven not to prevent the virus in any such manner except for on rare occasion, making your body slightly more resistant (in about 1% of cases) It's all our fault if we don't get the vaccine, if someone near us gets the virus... even though with the vaccine, you are still capable of contracting and spreading it anyway. Getting the jab gives you a related attenuated virus. It is a "controlled" conditional introduction, which IN THEORY, protects you from H1N1.

Anyway, you have 3 choices:

1. You can "protect" yourself from H1N1 by getting H1N1 attenuated. This may or may not "protect" you from getting sick. You have become a carrier.

2. You can get H1N1 by getting H1N1. Based on the strength of your immune system, you will be sick to some degree.

3. Don't get the jab, avoid the virus, don't get sick.
