I hit a glitch when I sat down to write my 'values statement' for the social enterprise I'm working towards and this was despite my 'business plans for dummies' book and the help of my business consultants and your video pointers really helped clear my writers block and four weeks later :-D It's done!! :) I've just read it to one of my future consultants and they've given it the big thumbs up!!
