I have this kinda effect known as ZOOM effect....

but I dont have the rotation effect like yours in fw v21

that 's not a easy job,but it would not be so hard if u could find some lesson on the forum.... generally, u need to crack your phone first,then download the effect from other s60 device...finally,put it into your phone.....
