Despite what some people have said in earlier comments, I really don't agree that it's fake. For a start the presenter is holding a glass of water for her near the end, I doubt they would think about such a detail if they had staged it. And the guy in the background kind of hesitated like he didn't know what to do. And there's nothing 'romantic' about it, he had to hold her tight to help her stand up straight! Jeesh!

Ummm, maybe it's not fake... I fainted several times (don't ask, lol) and sometimes it's a really quick thing. Like, you faint for a few seconds and then you're concious again. It happens.

if you're standing around pretty much straight up, women will usually fall backwards and men will fall forwards. It depends on your body size, and if you're leaning forwards you'll obviously fall forward even if you're a woman, but all things left alone womens' center of gravity is further back in their bodies

EMT's will tell you when a person faint's, they fall forward, not backward.

Not true. My father is an EMT. A person will fall according to their center of gravity. if they are standing straight (which SHE was) they will fall over face first. However if they are walking, leaning or turning around when they loose conciousness...their fall will look pretty wierd. I would know. I have seizures and I will sometimes pass out prior to seizing. I have fallen backwards many times, as well as on my side, my face and even down the stairs.
