a great picturisation of the lady... she is independent , works in an office, always carries a book with her, reads while commuting to office and back, goes for a game of table tennis in the evening, wears saree and also trousers, very less women were so independent in the mid 70s... way ahead of its time... great movie, great story, my words are just inadequate to describe, guys who have not watched it pls do so,quite diff from other movies of those times or these times... truly a class apart
