Found Ted Strayer dead in the middle of Take it Back! quest with a lazer rifle equiped. Was so funny, he must have died during an explosion or Enclave aggro. How he ended up there I have no clue...but I dont use console commands as I play on ps3.

However, don't know if there's a way for that. In fact he gives you the mask for the tenpenny take-over, but if you kill him he doesn't have that on his corpse, so really don't think there's a way

That's the alien blaster, probably the most useful weapon in the game (yeah, even better than fatman, since you can use it without fear of killing yourself). It's located north of DC, in a crashed UFO. It's hard to find, but when you get near it, you'll receive a "theta" radio signal with creepy alien speech, so keep looking in that area!

u can also find an alien blaster on the broken steel mission on the air station in one of the huge moving bases

were exactly is DC i check all the areas in my map and non of them say "DC' =/ i have the perk that lets me see all the areas in all of the wasteland

the alien ship is more or less on the north-east zone of the map.. just wander there a little and i'm sure you'll find it. If i remember correctly, you can find a lot of buildings there, you know, the ones resembling power plants

ahah since i had a lot of fun chasing him out, i noticed he wanders a lot in that room with a lot of "beds". When he's not there, i sometimes meet him in the market zone, slacking off eating something or just walking aimlessly there.

But then again, he may be already dead, it's not rare to found that somebody died and you didn't know shit about him
