just because they dont roll through doesnt make them talentless. It looks better sometimes when they dont roll through because it makes it look more real like if in real life some1 got kicked, they are not always gona react the same way.

In essance it's a tornado DDT so you would sell it with the roll through to show the momentum of the person delivering the DDT. A normal DDD you'd sell with a straight drop to the mat because essentially the DDT deliverer is dropping straight to the mat. Fairly basic concept really and since good wrestling is about selling things correctly failure to do so is a basic flaw.
