I think southern spain pronounce the C's as 'S'. As well as countries in south america. The rest of spain (speaking castellano) pronounce C's as 'TH'. Correct me if i'm wrong.

yes in the sourth of Spain, people pronounce c as s, but depend of the position of the "c" for example, cesta, "c" you pronoun like th in english but in the verb "to do", "hacer" in spanish, you pronunce /aser/ as well in south america.

this teachers are stupid, why do they pronunciate the letter "C" like "S", because is not the same letter, you can´t substitute c for s, they have differents pronunciation so she is very wrong.

i think this woman in american and i think the spanish they learn is of the south of america (peru, colombia etc) and in this contries they pronounce the "c" as "s", is the same thay water, american people say "warer" don't say "t"

Estas equivocado, cada país, al igual que cada región de un mismo país, tiene deferentes pronunciaciones, también expresiones. La palabra necesitar, no se pronuncia necesitar, eso solo es en algunas paises y regiones como en sudamerica, y en el sur de españa. Por ejemplo en madrid se pronuncia /necesitar/, lo mismo pasa con el la "ci" no todos las pronuncian /si/. Eso se llama seismo. Ven a castilla la mancha (centro de españa) o al norte, veras lo que te digo
