  • Hi! You must have "beep" installed. In bash:

    stdout | beep -c -f 300 -D 80 -l 10

    In the making of the text of fortune looks like it comes letter by letter , did you use sleep and it echo's from a text file a letter , then all packed up in a loop ? (sleep and then the loading of one letter at a time)
