Nice bike this is the 640 ADV replacement? Since they no longer make them :( Can you install KTM Hard cases on it, what about Garmin GPS and heated grips? How is the maintenance on it, is is problamatic like the 990 ADV? Thanks:)
Can anybody tell me what's exactly on instrument console? For instance, does it show the RPM's. low fuel light, high beams, signals, and everything else typical on a instrument console?
i have a 08' ktm xc-w for enduro's..i would also like a dualsport bike for commuting and some fire roading..the 690R seems to be a good all around bike do you like it?

It is a nice bike with few minuses Tourtech offer saddle bags and it has GPS wire and the heated grips service every 6k

Its show every thing you said also oil light and FI light but no rpm's

actually I have decided to put the 690 light on the R, it would be better than stock surely

i have the halogen light, but i am realy recommant you to get the HID light people said is very good for night ride.
the halogen its ok better then the stock head light i can ride at night 60-70 mph no faster both light not DOT
