Notice she doesnt sing some part's "And I try omg do I try" my guess is she is unable to sing those parts because of her voice, if she did, it would sound like if she could barely breath, She has to much of a deep voice to be able to, In all the voice that she sing's this song she doesn't sing those part's

The name of this song is What's Up, not What's Going On. When I saw it, I thought it was a cover of Marvin Gaye. It's pretty good, though.
