I love the fact their guitarist plays the bass lines, and does all the guitar work, I NEVER heard a guitarist do that stunt, but he plays it very good. the band has a very unique sound for a Indie/Hard Rock band.

Yeah, I saw them last night and was wondering how he does that. I thought maybe moog or taurus pedals but no, or an octaver but the bass lines were often counter to the guitar lines like a real bass player. Never did figure it out. I was too far away to really see what he was doing.

I read it all in a Magazine, he uses like 5 effects, and uses a lot of amp combos and heads, so his sound is very lively, and unique, and has a great quality to it. He says he uses his thumb to pick out the bass lines, and his other 4 fingers to play the other parts. Fucking genius and complex.
