I would recommend not looking for "one verse" to prove or disprove the old testament prophecies.
"Joseph ben Jacob of Gunzenhausen, a town in Southern Germany, arrived with his son Azriel in Naples in 1486 and soon set up a Hebrew printing house there...The first of the twelve volumes published by the Gunzenhausens, father, son and daughter, was the Psalms, again as in Bologna, with the Commentary of David Kimhi. "
I recommend studying the Psalms entirely and take great care with Psalm 72!
All you have to do is google fulfilled prophecies of Jesus. The evidences are a bit overwhelming to say the least.

I'm not Christian, but I know this verse is frequently cited:
Psalm 118 : 22
The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone
This verse was apparentally very important among early Christians, because I've found it cited in five places in the NT.
Matt 21 : 42
Mark 12 : 10-11
Luke 20 : 17
Acts 4 : 11
1 Perter 2 : 7
I'm sure there are more. Look up one of those "300+ prophecies of Jesus" lists.
