well as a british - asian , ialso know a similar remedy of making quite the same thing , asian loves spice in there food. so we dont put no eggs to make the patatoe , with curriander,green chillis,papkira, and crshed chiili powder,jeera, and all oher spice chiliis and then fry the patatoes. and there like spiecey scollaps..

¿Es que no entiendes lo que he dicho? Por que parece que quieres corregirme dicendo lo mismo que yo. Personalmente no conozco nadie que lo hace con solo el blanco del huevo, pero no he dicho que no se puede hacerlo. También he dicho que 'se puede' poner cebolla, no que se hace con cebolla.
Y el mensaje que escribé estab dirigido a Britanicos quienes tal vez se acuerden de un anuncio en la tele que que hicieron una 'tortilla española' sin patatas y con pimientos y peperoni.

A ver una cosita Katrinarozel...tú la tortilla de patatas la puedes hacer con los huevos que te dé la gana. Y la tortilla de toda la vida...la tortilla de PATATAS, es eso, tortilla de PATATAS, la cebolla se la añades si quieres. En un restaurante de tapas nunca te pondrán cebolla en la tortilla si no la pides añadida. ¿Qué quieres, que dé una clase magistral o qué?. Echar huevos, batir, freir...fácil. Crítica fácil, flipo.
Desde luego no he criticado a Ruth, creo que es genial que enseña a mis paisanos un poco de cocina española.
No quiero una clase magistral, pero me parece que tu si necesitas una clase de inglés. Te has flipado conmigo porque TÚ no entiendes el inglés, crees que estoy criticando a Ruth cuando es todo el contrario.
