There is absolutely no way Bush wasn't briefed on the civil conflict and what would or might happen if Sadam is removed by force, it's despicable to suggest such an ignorant theory. Any expert on Iraq would have told him that this was inevitable. It's pathetic how much BS this administration has put out to cover its tracks.
Its amazing how democats and republicans voted to attack Iraq, yet disavow what they did. We bought responsibility for the Iraqi people when we invaded. Now we're going to do what? I support the military 100% and am disgusted with our leadership.
I agree, we, the American people, have to take responsibility. Americans have supported Taliban against the Russians, and once the Russians were gone, left the Afghan people to fend for themselves. Later, they destroyed the Taliban, and thousands of civilians along with them. The same story for Iraq. Supported Saddam in the war against Iran, then destroyed Iraq and tens, if not hundreds of thousands of civilians. We have to own up to what we do, we'll pay for it sooner or later.
Guys, just listen to the language they use. It's there to purposely trick you. "Nepharious designs" Do you know how ambiguous that is? And they continually talk to in the passive voice to add syllables to their sentences. "We have experienced" when it can be simply "We experienced." Politicians use it, media use it, and that is why we use it often in our writing.
