@MoveOnSoulClub Well that's the law brought into the 21st century, then - execute pretty girls for covering a songs you prefer the originals of - even in the mid-east, you only get your hand chopped off for stealing. We're waaayyy more advanced. While we're at it, we could also start hanging people for having loud shirts. Find a real enemy and have a sense of proportion. Personally, I like her version equally as much as Martha and the Muffins... guess I'm gonna get the firing squad for that!

I'm not sure that this exactly a pointless cover. Martha and the Muffins were a "one hit wonder" with Echo Beach. Echo Beach is a fantastic song and is a cult hit for those in it's day and also live on beyond that. I can think of no better Australian feamle singer to cover this cool, catchy song as she has an amazing voice and I'd enjoy almost anything she has a go at.
