Well, if its 3 gpus, I'd say 1x 120mm rad would be enough. So, 1x triple rad for gfx and 1x triple for OC cpu.

then put the cool water from the rads into one line for the pump/res and another Y-connector after that

the lian li case has a removable dust filter in front of the front fans on the door, its a great design and I don't have much problems with dust!!!!! cheers!!!!!

That's because the exhaust fans for the coolant are on the rear. There is no air exchange between the case and the radiator. If the room is like mine there is very little dust. The in and out lines for the coolant run to the back of the case. IF you were to watch again you can see on the back.

Internal temperatures are fine, system never goes over 60c, regards to monitors, one is a 24in dell 1920x1200 and the other is a 28in viewsonic 1920x1200. Only way to play games on a $6000 gaming rig. Cheers..

firstly you have your cpu radiator blowing HOT air all over your motherboard and ram, and then that hot air is being blown over the radiator you are using to cool your graphics cards down... you may need to rethink that one. secondly you have tri sli gtx 280s, but not a particularly high res screen... get a 24" at least to really appreciate it.
