  • this song originally is from wynners and the japanese re sing japanese version...

  • @y3joel85 no, you're wrong, 4:55 (Part of the Game) originally came from a 1975 Japanese TV drama name 「悪魔のようなあいつ」which starring by Japanese famous singer Kenji Sawada (沢田研二), and the song name 時の過ぎゆくままに written by 大野克夫, lyrics by 阿久悠 and performed by 沢田研二.

In HK The Wynners cover it in 1976, Cantonese and English lyrics also written by James Wong (黃霑), below clips shown the original TV version :

  • those days slow dancing with this song..you innocently put your hands around the gal's waist at back softly though...and the gal put her hands on your shoulder...lightly too.....wow...so beautiful....with wynners playing........i was a teen back in KL then,... i would say it is innocent and beautiful then

  • oh my...bring back to my teenage years back home in KL....grew up with wynners..those were the memories,,,,good old days...I would put wynners pictures on the wall...oh my,.............beautiful !!

  • Pray tell, who wrote the English lyrics?

  • tell me if u know plz

  • @2painful

    Hans Ebert - a music guru ....

  • How I used to love this song when I was a little girl, fall in love with leader singer Ah-B for a long long time... how silly and innocent...

30 years later listen to it...bring me back those good old days...

  • thanks a lot, i've been searching it for long time

  • I still remember when you said

    Baby now let's get away

  • u can tell , by this riff , this song is neither created by wynners nor

  • @tecolotar the very first version was a canto version singing by kenny bee... the title is called "Let Everything Be Gone With The Wind"

  • So the very 1st person to sing this song is the jap singer Kenji Sawada or is there even earlier version? lolz..

I'd like to know the very original singer as I'm very interested to find out the original =X

I heard this song Chinese version 1st then Canto then now this English.. Then saw vincent saying its Jap O.O

  • @xordinaryx the original by 沢田研二 is already attached at the Video Responses

  • @zoundcracker haha just wanna confirm it.. Thanks alot =D

  • good song

  • I like both Kenji Sawada and Kenny Bee singing this song. Good!

  • @rozandaho Agreed. Kenny Bee's English singing is really professional and top level in HK.

  • very good song.

  • written by a malaysian..

  • can anyone post the cantonese version?

  • @obnubilate canto version I think is ah bee sang alone..

    Its name is 让一切随风 =)

  • This song originated from The Wynners, a Hong Kong band

  • I first heard the chinese version. Then I heard there was an English version. I think the English one came before the Chinese. Cos I heard the Chinese one uhhh...9 years back? But the English one is obviously wayyyy before that. ^^;; Was the jap. version before the English or after?

  • 4:55 part of the game is the name. It is a cover from a Japanese song sung by Kenji Sawada 沢田研二 and it's called 時の過ぎゆくままに. You can find it in youtube!!

  • @vincentlee3434 And there are in total 3 version(JAP,CHI,ENG) of this melody.

  • @ShinichiKudou2008 As far as I know, the original is Japanese by 沢田研二. Then in the early 70's comes 4:55 part of the game by Wynners and 馮偉棠 - 一刻千金. Then 80's 讓一切隨風 by Kenny Bee who is a member of Wynners. The latest version is 愛你一萬年 by 伍佰. There may be more since Chinese music industry likes to copy, original is always the best in my opinion..........

  • @vincentlee3434 Sorry, just found out that 愛你一萬年 is by 尤雅 in 70's. 大野克夫 who is the music composer really has tons of followers........

  • Originally, it was "As time passes and goes" by Kenji Sawada,
