I dont know why did you bought a 8600GTS that is expensive for its performance better you now get some 8800GT and have realy Good gaming rig

850W is too much for an 8800 GTS. Even with SLI you wont need that much. Getting a 650 or 700W will be good enough with extra juice for other shit too add to ur rig.

dont overclock it becouse i dont want to raise the voltage couse of the warranty :)
why dont u overclock it anymore? did u put a extra fan in there?
