he did not say that at the aussie :) he was talking about the atp official who told him that they should resume play, when Marat considered that the court was still wet. he said (about the atp official):

"of course the guy is sitting with a tie, you know smoking a cigar, he can be also with two chicks, and he has no clue about tennis."
