@Atarix777 That's awesome mate. I remember always playing SF2, the pad is so good. The Nintendo stuff is always well-made, they look good too. Lots of great games for SNES, of all genres.
@28steryan Yeah it was shit because of the censored gore, which everybody wanted at the time. Remeber when the Megadrive "Mortal Kombat!"
I think it was just because I was playing SNES and starting to collect something for it, because, it is sweet. I had planned on doing something about another handheld, but I was having sound issues with a certain game... so I might have to buy it and record it that way, if I can be arsed.
I would like to pick up games before Shitmas, if poss.
@PSI236 Okay dokey, I'll arrange a date, bit busy this week but after that I should be free to be a cunt and help you burn your collection along with mine.
@cyanidebreathmintz Don'y know if the PAL game is *that* expensive, for cart alone at least. Deffo an intersting game and one of the very last games released. Cheers I'm glad you enjoyed it mate :)
Aaah the 16-bit war. What you could get for one console you couldn't get for the other, with the exception of SFII, and Final Fight came to the Mega CD a bit later. I was team Sega at the time, but was gutted I couldn't play these especially Final Fight, though we had Streets of Rage to ease the pain, I seem to remember they brought out another one on the SNES with the missing Guy character, could've been just Japanese import though. Anyway eventually I had the best of both worlds. Nice video :)
@Retroid64 Yes I was with team Sega for the most part. The games were slightly cheaper, but I did have a SNES too, but I had to sell it. Final Fight CD is considered the best version before emulation. I would also like to check out what the Megadrive had to offer Capcom-wise. Final Fight Guy had replaced Cody with Guy, then Final Fight 2 and 3 were console-style, a bit like Streets of Rage. Thanks for watching :)
snes did well graphics wise man. not perfect but looked pretty slick. but the only thing i never liked was the music on the street fighter games sounded horrible where as the megadrive sf2 music sounded great but the voices sounded like death haha. nice vid mate
@WickedClownNZ Yes mate. The arcades are best, sometimes the audio is scratchy on the snes, nothing compares to sweet-ass audio chips (but you should use nice speakers too!) Cheers bud
@darrenwalshsock Cheers mate, I would say any of these are worth getting, I knoe Street Fighter 2 was the most important but I would have taken any of these in the 90's, I just didn't know about them.

God the SNES SSFII sounds are so rotten :( wtf happened?

@c0ldb33r Yeah I know right? Maybe it's the recording method, but I'm not so sure.
PSI236 3 months ago
@PSI236 No it sounds almost as bad on actual SNES hardware. It always shocked me since Street Fighter II Turbo sounded pretty good.

Very nice video mate - that brought back memories! Hmmm, looks like i should connect my snes right now ^^

You should have done MORTAL KOMBAT, that was horse shit on the SNES, but the sequel was awesome.
Nice idea do you plan to do more vid's like this.
When do you plan to pick up your games, before or after Shitmas?
