And in it he calls Courtney a "goddess of a wife who sweats ambition and empathy", so I don't know where you're getting the idea that the note says anything about wanting to leave her. In that time, we've seen Kurt's mother and ex-band mates involved in several bitter legal disputes with Courtney Love over the rights to Nirvana's royalties, as well as custody of Frances Bean, who is now 18 and no longer living with her mom. If anyone should be crying "justice for Kurt", it should be these people, and yet NONE of them support the case being reopened, and ALL have said that Kurt killed himself.

Footage of Cobain meeting the Buzzcocks for the first time, backstage Feb 6th, 1994. Buzzcocks only knew Kurt for the 3 or 4 weeks they opened for Nirvana on the European leg of the In Utero tour. Blood test in Rome only proves 3 days clean. Nothing rules out that he didn't relapse later, and there's plenty of evidence that he did: his admission into drug rehab in April 94 being the most obvious.
The Buzzcocks knew Kurt longer than "a few weeks." More importantly, the musicians on his last tour were around druggies and knew their behavior and stated Kurt was decidedly set apart from that group.. This combined with the lack of morphine in his blood in Rome would be considered evidence in a court of law. I'm still waiting for some kind of evidence proving your position, he was still using? Still waiting.

The fact that kurt didnt have morphine in his blood test in rome doesnt mean he was sober, or mentally healthy. If you want to know about a persons relapse you have to look at their behavior and the fact that kurt willingly took vast amounts of ruffies with alcohol and then wrote a suicide note prove that he was not behaving like a sober healthy person.

And in it he calls Courtney a "goddess of a wife who sweats ambition and empathy", so I don't know where you're getting the idea that the note says anything about wanting to leave her. Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic have recently and publicly said that Kurt Cobain killed himself. 17 years after Kurt's death and there is STILL virtually NO support for the murder theories among Kurt's friends/family, and many of these people do NOT like Courtney Love. The "evidence" for murder has been public for over a decade. In that time, we've seen Kurt's mother and ex-band mates involved in several bitter legal disputes with Courtney Love over the rights to Nirvana's royalties, as well as custody of Frances Bean, who is now 18 and no longer living with her mom. If anyone should be crying "justice for Kurt", it should be these people, and yet NONE of them support the case being reopened, and ALL have said that Kurt killed himself.

There's no basis for your assumption that Dylan was "afraid" of Courtney - Tom Grant has stated that Dylan bashed on Courtney the entire time he was with him. If Dylan were really "afraid" of Courtney, he would've sung Courtney's praises and told everyone he thought Kurt was suicidal.

Courtney offered a local musician 50 thou to kill Kurt, witnessed by another person. She tried to kill her first husband too by lighting the bed on fire when he was asleep. She stabbed a girl when she was in high school. She constantly changed her version of events to Tom Grant (on tape). That plus all the inconsistencies at the crime scene are enough to convict.

Kurt's life was in turmoil shortly before his death - marriage problems, hated his band and the pressure to tour, OD'd and nearly died in Rome, went to drug rehab - it's not difficult to imagine that someone dealing with these issues would be unhappy.

Medical records. Prescribed medication for depression. None of this was the case with Kurt.. Simply the fact that he was making plans for the future indicates he was not depressed.
Thing is Courtney has a vested interest in persuading people Kurt was depressed, so I find the whole "depressed" story very suspect.

@judyleasugar97 People can be depressed without having visited a psychiatrist for medication, so the fact that Kurt didn't have a prescription doesn't really mean anything. Kurt might have been "making plans", but he canceled those plans before he went to rehab.

What proof do you have he was depressed? Many artists out there have done songs with dark themes. Hell, much of grunge was like that. But we didn't see mass suicides in the music business. He was making big changes in his life in 1994, leaving Nirvana, leaving Courtney, all of that might have been weighing on him. But people who really knew him said he was actually doing pretty good. Btw, Grohl didn't even see him when the tour ended in 1994, so he wouldn't know.

Wrong, wrong information. At the very least unproven. First, there is no proof Kurt was depressed and in fact there is evidence he was off drugs at the time of his death. Kurt was about to leave Nirvana so the "pressure" was not too much for him.The clip the play of him talking about thoughts of suicide were from when he had a painful stomach condition, for which he was prescribed a non opiate. He was murdered.

February to April is longer than a few weeks. Kurt knew them longer than a few weeks.
What's important is that the Buzzcocks and other musicians on that tour, who would definitely know drugged out behavior, said Kurt did not exhibit that behavior. They would be called as witnesses in court, were the case reopened.

No proof of any extended amount of time off drugs, and nothing that rules out the evidence in favor of his relapsing after returning home in March 94.

Footage of Cobain meeting the Buzzcocks for the first time, backstage Feb 6th, 1994. Buzzcocks only knew Kurt for the 3 or 4 weeks they opened for Nirvana on the European leg of the In Utero tour. Blood test in Rome only proves 3 days clean. Nothing rules out that he didn't relapse later, and there's plenty of evidence that he did: his admission into drug rehab in April 94 being the most obvious.

The Buzzcocks knew Kurt longer than "a few weeks." More importantly, the musicians on his last tour were around druggies and knew their behavior and stated Kurt was decidedly set apart from that group.. This combined with the lack of morphine in his blood in Rome would be considered evidence in a court of law. I'm still waiting for some kind of evidence proving your position, he was still using? I'M still waiting for ANYTHING that shows that Kurt was ever clean for a significant amount of time?? Blood test only proves 3 days clean, and the fact that Kurt was admitted into a drug rehab facility just days before his death, and that Kurt's drug counselor says Kurt was an addict is evidence in favor of Kurt's being a drug addict.

The fact that kurt didnt have morphine in his blood test in rome doesnt mean he was sober, or mentally healthy. If you want to know about a persons relapse you have to look at their behavior and the fact that kurt willingly took vast amounts of ruffies with alcohol and then wrote a suicide note prove that he was not behaving like a sober healthy person.
