Yeah I agree with you about entertainers having ps done. He does look different but he admitted to getting ps done on a korean talk show program, just his eyes, he said, bc he never looked on camera compared to real life. He said he didn't have anything else done, lot of it was bc he lost so much weight! (so jealous) but he's still a great singer.

I don't exactly follow gossip nor reports on him, but I've got to agree with dennyh86 that Hyo Shin's nose looks exactly like how it was in some of his earlier performances. And, it really doesn't have the look of someone who's done surgery -- you'd think it'd be lower in that case, no? I think it was the hair which really did the miracle of giving him a different look. Regardless, his music stands on his own without having him do anything substantial like surgery to sell it!

he didn't do anything to his lips- they're the same from before, only he got his jaw set straight so things kinda look different there:P he lost a whole lot of weight, grew his hair, got some funky clothes, did his double eyelids and possibly his nose..that's it. i miss his old singing style too, but with the sheer amount of korean singers singing in that style nowadays, i think it's a nice refreshing change:)

He didn't do his nose or jaw. He has lock jaw problem, so can't do an operation to push it back. He did the teeth adjustment and the eyes and that's it. Of course lost a lot of weight made a big difference. But if you watch his debut stage, everything else is the same.

He changed everything... his vocal is in a higher tone, and but it sounds great. The only thing I really don't like about the new Hyo Shin, is the facial repairs... It wasn't just his eyes, he lifted his nose, liposuctioned near his mouth. If you look at other pics he looks like a retard when smiling.. such a great singer gone to waste, now he's gonna have to keep repairing his face every 3-4 years
