This is just too funny! I have an Orange-Winged Amazon as well. She doesn't do stuff like yours but she does like to escape from her cage. How old is yours? Mine is about 25 years old or so. She's wild caught so it's hard to know for sure.
they can be, but they are a different kind of loud, ringnecks are shrill, amazons are more demanding, but they dont compare to mccaws or cockatoos, great birds

I have an Orange Wing and she's (at least that's what I call her) is 28 years old. She's not a talker but VERY loveable.

I have a oranged winged too. But you need to say for example Hey 100 times, so he can learn that word. But for you is only some seconds to learn :(
