@MrDaveDodd Those wild-eyed stares and whatnot are just leers in that general direction. This was shot pretty much right in front of Al (not in terms of distance, but in terms on audience location) so Al's really looking at that entire patch of audience.

Even then, it's incredibly hard to see the audience with all the bright lights going on during a lot of the show, so Al can't really see a whole lot of specific people in the audience unless the lights are put on the right way.
