How did you get it because it was my understanding that the diploma mill where he got it completely restricted it from public access. That is of course a shame because "typically" dissertations are valuable resources that should be made available to students doing research... I don't suppose that the reason for the restriction was because the diploma mill didn't think it was "good enough" to be made available... they certainly don't have those kind of standards...
