If the gun fires until empty without you having to pull back the slide every time. Then it's fully automatic. Loads of folk think it has to go off like a machine gun to mean full auto. I've worked with real firearms trust me it's one of the first things taught. Semi auto means for a pistol that you pull the trigger and bang. Then you pull back the slide. Bang and so on. for a machine gun semi is single shots until empty without cocking. Full auto on pistol described above. And on Uzi it's rapid.

Just get one that doesn't have the orange tip.. :) I guess depending on where you live its slightly different. In canada, if there is no orange tip, you need to have a aprtially transparent receiver.. which usualyl is tinted very dark..
