The dark complected man is also called The Cuban. Apparently he steps onto the road to get William Greer's attention. His fist is clenched which in military means for infantrymen to stop. Which the limo does stop in other footage. JFK's brains go bye bye.

Take a look at the guy with the fedora hat, lumberjack shirt, and some sort of case. He is comming down the hill with crowd. Sorry but that's really wierd, lumberjack shirt, a fedora, and some sort case suitcase. If anybody has any way of looking into this , that is something to look at. I think Lee Bower said he saw a man that look like a railroad worker behing the fence when the shots rang out.

@hayesmaster1 A guy in prison named James Files confessed to being on the knoll shooter , but hardly anyone believes him, but he claimed he was wearing a railroad type outfit that turns inside out, and he disassembles his rifle and put it in a tool box type case.

He has a distinctive, splayed walk with both feet putting for instance the left foot turned far out to the left and the right far to the right. If anyone knows if Santiago walked like this a walk is almost as distinctive as a fingerprint.

There is one picture of him where it does look like something black and rectangular is on his back at about his belt line. He is wearing what looks like a jacket and if this was a radio being tucked into his back right before he pulled the jacket over it perhaps? Who knows for sure? Maybe he was warning the shooter on the grassy knoll people were coming up there? One thing that does make him suspicious is he was never found and interviewed ever. Why didn't he come forward as a witness?

DCM is considered to be a suspicious character within the JFK research community. I can't see any suspicious behaviour, except maybe for the supposed radio he holds up to his mouth seconds after the shooting, but then again that picture is not clear enough to determine what or if he is holding anything to his mouth other than just his hand.

This video simply shows where he went after the shooting: towards the underpass, crossing Elm St onto the infield green, if it is him.

@GerdaDunckel fair enough. I had never heard of him, I dont know much about the incident to be honest. Why is he considered suspicious?

Many believe he is Felipe Vidal Santiago,a member of Interpen and a bay of pigs vet.They also beleive that the Umbrella Man is Roy Hargraves also from Interpen.In a 2001 interview with Noel Twyman,Hargraves admitted being in Dallas as part of a support group for the assassination and that he and Santiago took orders from cia's jmwave.
