Can do... it's saved when you save the XML project file. To load it, you do like you normally do to load files, only when you chose the XML file, Cinelerra knows to load the indexes and project files rather than pop it in the media on its own. Or if you're talking partial renders, when you render them, just add them to the media in the project by selecting the "Create New Resource" option instead of "insert nothing" when you render.
OH! And of course, to save it just click File - Save. Here you name the initial project file *.xml. Then to save any time after that with it open, just File - Save again.
lol i got the save it bit it's the opening i'm having trouble with lol! so i go to load files -> select the file (as if i was importing a new clip) right?
Yep, that should do it! When Cinelerra sees the .xml project file it will load whatever is scripted in it instead of loading it into your resources window.
If you're staying in DV, the only thing that comes to the top of my mind is select the entire project, go to the audio tab, and drag the audio level all the way down on both ends. Haven't checked the render option, but I seem to remember a couple of video only options under MPG export. Then again, I'm getting confused of late! LOL
hey penguiiiiiiin! heheeh. nice tutorial, thanx!
