It's better to use one piece of foil (the long package), and make a basket, with room for a little air to circulate.

This looked so good the first time I watched it that I had to try it. Ours is in the oven now. lol We also have some cod that I am doing the same way but put slices of lime on them too. :)

I think if you cook 3-4 you should be fine for at least a day or so! :)

it looks good boo., BUTTT lol, you could of sliced the lemon and place about 3 slices on the fish while it is baking.. lol.. but it looks great.. im still up for our cooking challenge.

I do that for my salmon..I didn't wanna take a chance of it being a lemon overkill because it had that lemon seasoning crap already on it..but sugaaaaaaa I gets my lemon slice ON with the salmon recipe! lol

I forgot the olive oil, I usually only use it when I do my salmon..but trust me, this fish is cool without the olive oil addition.
