criminals dont respect laws or others for that matter, a life to them is something in the way of getting what they want by force, im a southern man, and almost every one here has a gun in their home, we hunt and obey gun laws, criminals use them to intimidate or kill, to steal , if everyone had a gun , they would think twice before attempting to rob, at gunpoint.
Be be honest. It's the f-ing liberals that created this mess. Deal with getting the libs out of office and stop pussy-footing with these devil worshipers and DEMAND your Rights!
I'm a Montanan, avid gun enthusiast and CCW permit holder. Speaking for many. MANY in Montana like me, I will tell you Gary Marbut is out of touch and very much on the fringe. He consistently discredits and embarrasses good, decent smart gun owners. Additionally, anyone who takes Marbut's advice on use of a weapon in self defense is asking for trouble. HIs track record as an "expert witness" in such cases is pathetic
All I know is my neighbor and her 2 children are dead because a thug murdered them in their own home. Had Chicago permitted private ownership of a firearm they would have at least stood a chance. Illinois is probably the most corrupt state in the union run by democrats who want to keep their hostages and victims so they can use carnage to justify even more draconian laws against personal protection.
4 people were murdered in Chicago this weekend. All innocent victims.
Montana gives the sheriff discretion on whether to issue a permit if he says he has a concern. That concern is not necessarily backed up by law. So Montana does not have the best law.
@ridgerunner98570 You are right and we are changing that. There is a bill on the governors desk right now passed by the legislature allowing permitless concealed carry if one is eliglible to buy and own a firearm.
Guns should be hard as heck to get, we need insanely stronger gun control laws in ever state. Does that mean I support abolishing the 2nd amendment rednecks? No it doesn't. I Mean we need to have a MUCH harder process for people to get the gun to begin with. Including a detailed mental evaluation. Will that fix everything? Of course not, but its a start, and all you people who still want your gun can still get it, as long as your not a nutjob.
You are ignorant. It does not matter how hard you legislate gun ownership. Any nut job will still be able to get a gun. Do you really think they buy them legally?
fairlanejay. You completely missed the point. Criminals don't obey gun laws.
They don't care what is written down as law. We have an absolute right to self defense. Nobody is going to make a criminal of me because I carry my handgun.
You think some law is going to stop a real criminal from carrying a handgun to a public event? That is total insanity.
@pstramer No its never gonna entirely get rid of handguns, and its not removing anyones rights but it would be a start at reducing crimes with them. license fees dont stop the millions of people who want to drive a car. Maybe Use the license fees to fund a cash for your handgun program. It worked in experiments in certain citys, tons of guns were turned in. Less handguns for kids to get a hold of, less guns for someone in a rage to use. Strap a carbine to your back if you wanna go cost free
I dont disagree with guns being available to those in work places or jobs that could be threatened. And for people that can go through a detailed approval process paying fees equivalent to the cost of a license tag for a car. With funds going to victims of crime. Any other possession of a hand gun should be considered a felony. Rifles in my opinion are ok, because The bobby kennedys and the recent arizona shootings would likely never occured. Its much harder to sneak a rifle into public places.
@fairlanejay Thats a pretty elitest way to look at it. So you don't think that every day folks should be able to defend themselves? In 2006 which are the last solid numbers we have, there were 9,369 murders committed with a firearm in the united states. According to the FBI 67% were commited by gang members or associates of gang members. During the same period 1,837,463 firearms were used to stop a crime. If you don't want to defend yourself thats fine but don't make that leap for the rest of us
On 2 occasions here in Ohio, I was attacked on my night job. No way I would have survived these attackers without my P90 45 Caliber Pistol. It instantly stopped the attacks. These guys had attacked one of my co-workers (who was beaten nearly to death). He didn't have a Concealed Carry Permit, I did. I was untouched by these thugs (who were waiting for me when I came with the delivery). They changed their 'Want To' and good thing. My day job? Brinks Man! And I only missed one shot in 5 yrs. REAL
Why would you continue to live in a state or municipality that refuses to let you defend yourself? I'm a forth generation Montanan. I spent 3 years in California and spent the entire time trying to figure out a way to leave. The reason-restrictive gun laws. I did not feel safe.

Any state legislature, Governor's office, etc., that is opposed to having our rights fulfilled under the Constitution, not only need to be removed from office, but also need to have their USA citizenship revoked and have their asses deported, forever!!!
LAWS that forbid the carrying of arms . . . disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes . . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
- Thomas Jefferson - "Commonplace Book." (Passage from Cesare Beccaria)
On the one hand, every man has a right to be safe and secure in their own home.
On the hand there would have been one less raciist cracker in the world had you died. Now on to the biz at hand.. Actualy you want a state that has a permit system like my state. As such, I can carry my gun in over 32 states. This is why even states that have a no permit statue, they also have a permit system so their citizens can enjoy the right to carry in other states.
matter of a fact, open carry, with YOUR permit, with YOUR picture affixed inside a clear pocket on the OUTSIDE of a holster so LE can see that your legal immediately... no different than requiring you have a drivers license and license plates that show you have passed a test and are doing your part to operate a vehicle responsibly
OK... I'm all about Concealed Carry and even Open Carry, but guys, think about this. Do you really think it a good idea to allow ANYONE and EVERYONE to carry without a permit? SERIOUSLY? sorry, but please government, check my background, put me in a book, make me take training. Because I do NOT want joe blow meth-head or jose blow illegal alien carrying a gun. PERIOD. I want permits, training, background checks and records so it IS the good guys with the guns. The ones that WILL be responsible
Habib was lucky. Most times when a criminal pulls a gun on you and you shoot hem in self defense to preserve your life....over-zealous prosecutors and police will try to send you to prison for killing the criminial.
Imagine that 46 people a day were dying in the US because of house fires, but smoke detectors and fire extinguishers were illegal. NYC mayor Bloomberg should see this vid.
We need more brave people like this man. Former NYC Mayor Giuliani and NYC Mayor Bloomberg do not believe in citizens defending themselves.. These mayors are Anti U.S. Constitution Nazis...
I'm not a trolling antigun nut(I'm getting a ccp and own guns), but am curious about something. Mexico, which probably doesn't permit concealed carry, but concealed carry is probably prevalent enough to be an issue. So an armed country is more well behaved, then Mexico seems to contradict this. The gangs kill the resisters. Any ideas as to why this should work for the US when Mexico is showing us the opposite to be true?
@theJdoggIMS Law abiding citizens in Mexico don't carry so that makes them very easy targets. BGs do think twice if they think someone is carrying, it is why house invasions with the Castle Doctrine enshrined in law are comparatively low. Most BGs unless they are high or drunk would really rather just take your stuff than risk getting drilled. Basic human psychology.
@PorchMonkeyPanther Thanks for the response. Why don't otherwise law abiding citizens carry? I would. Do they carry? Anyone know? I'm not picking a fight. I just like to play devil's advocate from time to time. I sometimes argue against the side I believe in (like concealed carry) just to get a better perspective on the issue. Someone else's knowledgeable perspective helps me know mine better. An unexamined life and all that.
Montana does have weird loophole where you can carry in a purse, fanny pack(maybe), or backpack legally without a permit. The key word being that concealment by clothing is illegal. Other forms of concealment are not. Funny that we supposedly had the best laws when we got one of the lowest violent crime rates even before carry laws. You're more likely to be killed by mother nature than a violent crime. I'm getting a ccp anyways. And what did this vid have to do with Montana? Not one mention.

awww... look everyone! it's frogspawn! a troll w/o even a PROFILE! YAY! Let's all agree with THAT jackass. What a bunch of losers. Not surprising...just watch the majority of the drivers on the road. Froggy is SUCH a dumbass and coward.
Don't mind kenfo0, he's been obsessively trolling on the internet for years now, so he's had plenty of practice. Although he's a bitter xenophobic and homophobic man with an abrasive personality, he's mostly harmless. He’s like the village idiot of Youtube. It's best to ignore him and he'll either get bored and go away or become frustrated and make more of a fool of himself.
Beware poor spelling, punctuation and grammar are his favorite foods.

@OCM117 yeah, he, "stalkatroll" and two other losers. May all be the same loser. Never a rational comment. Just whiners. Someone has a bot that negs my comments out, for example. On a vid with 300k views in over 2 yrs, and newest comments weeks old, my comments are negged out in a matter of minutes. Comments like "you can't do a judo throw that way, you have to shift your weight" or some such. I am not saint, but not a scumbag troll or stalker either. Cowards and dumbasses everywhere.
Typical, long-winded crap from the NRA. Before you dopes, dullards and communists start in w/ your b.s., I will educate you and the NRA. "The right to bear arms shall not be INFRINGED.". No "checks", no bureaucratic ok, no fees, no "but I don't LIKE guns!" nonsense allowed. If you don't like the 2nd amendment, change it legally. My rights have already been BADLY infringed, in part because of wind-bag morons at the NRA "duh, someone might hunt with uh AK-47...". NO justification is required.
You all have no idea how truly lucky you are! Got to tell you ... loving guns and being able to defend yourself are two things that just do NOT sit well when you live in N.J. We are one of those states where TECHNICALLY you can get a C.C. permit but in reality, unless you know a judge, you are never going to get one! And if you need an actual example or proof of how screwed up N.J.'s gun laws are you need look no further than Brian Aitken!
@kenfo0 Hey kenfo,I wasn't putting the guy down, not in the least, but you have to admit his first name is peculiar for a white guy with a Americanish sounding last name. You jumped the gun on judging me.You do not know anything about him ,or me to make those comments.
@demmylowther Yes you were. If you now see that it was ignorant, that's great. We all make mistakes. Men admit mistakes and move on. Not many men around. I know you from what you typed. If what you type doesn't represent you well, you should change what you type. Best wishes.
I was once a victim of a home invasion. Three niggers entered my home beat me almost to death and probably thought that they left me for dead. After being released from the hospital, on that same day, i purchased my Glock 27 and i carry it with me as if it were my wallet with my crudentials. Never again will this ever happen to me. Thanks to Az laws i DO NOT NEED A PERMIT TO CARRY. But i can be rest asured that i have protection with me whenever i need it.
@rappinfiddler You are understandably upset that three "thugs" beat you in your own home, but racism is not necessary! Just because they were black doesn't excuse your vulgarity towards the entire race! Had they been white, like the 2 dudes that broke into my house when I was home alone at age12, hiding in the crawl space on the phone to the cops while they cleaned out my house, doesn't mean that I'm going to call them "Honkey's or crackers", and I don't think you would either! Judge 1@a time!
@SgtCharlieKelley ...yes bro i do judge one at a time...and at that time i felt that all three of those BLACK HUMANS BECAME NIGGERS!!!!.......it was the fast thinking and reaction time of the UPSTANDING BLACK MAN that happened to be my next door neighbor who saved my life.....to this day i thank our heavenly father for him and still communicate with him to this day.... i am the last person to judge someone on color of their skin...but i do judge anybody on the characteristics of their actions !
@dlt215 ...sorry if you take offense after viewing your vid i can see that your one yourself....weather you like it or not your actions and decisions that you make in life put you in an entire different class of citizens....but thats just my opinion...or is it society opinion?
@rappinfiddler I dont have a vid and second i dont think races people should be aloud to carry a gun you are just as bad as the criminals you are part of the bad people in society ,even tho half yous are pussy
@dlt215 ....hey dickhead...wake up call...im not raceist!!!......and 2nd i wouldnt have had any need to purchase a gun to protect myself had my incident never happened. Heres a thought fuck face...what gives anyone the right to break into someones home, bludgen someone to almost death and steal their personal belonging?...answer that you fuck!!!!...dont talk shit cause your one of them pieces of slime that is out there robbing and stealing from hard working citizens!!!!....
@rappinfiddler first of stupid you say nigger you raciest point blank second i'am a bailiff for philadelphia so i deal with these criminals and iam sorry for what happen to you but you should always be prepared not wait till something happen.
@dlt215 ....i dont give a shit if your a baliff or a supreme court judge pal..you dont know me....for someone such as my self who has never even had so much as a fucking speeding ticket, why should i go around "being prepared" (as you say) for something that is inevitable and out of my control?.....no one thinks that something as such will ever happen to them. Good for you that you "deal with these criminals"...maybe you can save the world by dealing w the rest of them...good point isnt it.
@dlt215 ...oh btw...your user name is "dlt215" isnt it?...you say you dont have a video?...isnt that you trying to sell a "big ass franco chain"..or whatever the fuck that ugly piece of jewlry is..."yo go get'em man go get them with this man"....wtf is that....your a white boy acting like your black...that is you you....do yourself a favor "brotha"....stop your criminal activity before you get caught...your no "baliff"
@rappinfiddler dude thats not my video i favorite that video if you actually look at the bottom of it you can see the up loaders name and what the fuck does that have to do with anything... kick rocks
Alaska, Arizona, Vermont, are already TRUE right to carry states - government does not interfere with the rights of citizens. UT, TX, MT, and hopefully WI are coming along soon.
BTW, update the info - KS now issues licenses (also accepts FL) and WI is a open-carry state, with no license needed. Still no concealed carry, but it's a good step.
I have a permit but really don't see the point. The BG's buy illegal guns and don't care about permits. I'd rather see zero permits and take my chances - if someone wants to drill you he is extraordinarily unlikely to be a permit holder.
@PorchMonkeyPanther YES! One of few who gets it. "Permitting" and fees and the like are illegal "infringement", not allowed under the 2nd Amendment. Where did G.Washington get the permits for his guns? Read about ANY Founder, you'll understand how far off we've gotten.
Screw the government! Carry a gun and be safe. Own a few guns incase the government takes the gun away from you after you use it to protect yourself. Plan ahead. I carried concealed for years with out a permitt. Thank God the State of Arizona got smart.
@TGLymantaiste I am changing my opinion on the title of this video.
Montana no longer has the best concealed carry laws. The best laws are in Alaska, Vermont and Arizona, where they can carry concealed without any kind of permit at all.
@TGLymantaiste Any State no permit needed. The only permit needed was granted by God and was drafted into a document which was adopted by our government in 1791. That document prohibited themselves or any future ruling body from restricting the citizen's God given right to carry a weapon in any manner they see fit, concealed or open. Kudos to the states that acknowledge our rights to carry although no state goes far enough restricting themselves.
@master You've been brainwashed to give up your GOD GIVEN right to defend yourself AT ALL TIMES. The Bill of Rights was not a list of "your only rights and the govt is giving them to you.". The BoR was a SAMPLE of your rights...meant as an example of the rights given you BY GOD (read writings of the time, pls...it means no man has a right to take them away!). It was NEVER meant to be exclusive. Further, the 2nd amendment says "shall not be infringed". You accept infringement as "normal".
@TGLymantaiste Alaska Also does not require a permit to CC without a permit. I believe it has been like this for over 10 years now. and most people that carry are NOT thugs or "gangstas". I CC every day and I know that if me and my family are ever put in risk of death from a would be thief or thug I have the way to defend my self and my family. An Armed sociaty is a polite sociaty. Those who push to take away our right to bear arms are pushing for MORE crime!
In Texas, if you shoot someone legally to defend yourself, you are immune from lawsuits. And you have the right to protect anyone's property. My GF was against gun until our neighbor was a victim of home invasion.
It's the Law in Kennesaw...unless you are a convicted felon or Conscientious objector..is what's in my home worth your life? I do. You may come in on your feet..but you'll go out in a bag. An armed society is a polite society.
It's the Law in Kennesaw...unless you are a convicted felon or Conscientious objector..is what's in my home worth your life? I do. You may come in on your feet..but you'll go out in a bag.
REMEMBER THE POLICE ONLY ARRIVE AFTER YOU ARE DEAD,THEY MAKE OUT REPORTS.WHEN YOU HAVE ONLY SECONDS TO LIVE THE POLICE ARE ONLY MINUTES AWAY..IMAGINE A SERIAL RAPIST INFECTED WITH HIV OR AIDS RECENTLY RELEASED FROM PRISON,LIVING IN YOUR COMMUNITY.WHAT IS THE RECIDIVIST RATE FOR SEX OFFENDERS.
Over 90 percent of all victums of criminals with a gun happens to UNARMED citizens. Next time you read or hear about someone being harmed by a criminals. Was the victum armed? People that carry a gun to protect themselves SAVES tax dollars.
For all those who feel gun ownership by law-abiding citizens should be limited, I suggest they post a sign in their front yard reading: "I'm proud to live in a gun-free home!"
@aqueousone And the sign in my yard will read "I respect my neighbors choice to not own a gun, so if you decide to rob them, I will not use my gun to come to their aid, out of respect for their wishes."
@TheMunchMaster well the reason he did was if you havent noticed most robbers with guns specially when you see their faces dont just take the money and run they usually shoot you afterward ya know no witnesses
@TAKIZAWAYAMASHITA no, thats the point of the mask, y would you kill sombody over chump change at a store ? i could understand if it was an armored truck but not a shitty little corner store. you would have to be a fuckng retard wanting to go to jail, just get the cash as fast as you can and bail like any smart person would do.
@TAKIZAWAYAMASHITA You said criminals will shoot a person, then run. Well, that may be true, but criminals (by nature) are lazy and I don't think they spend as much time at the range doing target practice drills as concealed weapon permit holders. Sure, they might hit there target occasionally, and thats why the law abiding citizens need to be prepared for self defense.
@TheMunchMaster In your case, you would be a statistic. Whether you live or die by your decision, you are still a statistic that SUPPORTS criminals and gives them their own freedom to continue robbing others. A. You give them your money and live. B. You give them your money and DIE. For me, the choice is simple...If I'm staring down the barrel of a loaded weapon, I'm going to even the field. Only I won't just point. I'll point and shoot. If I die, at least I've done my part to stop a criminal.
@ZippoVarga no you got shot 4 reaching for your gun, no big deal your dbressed in black and under the cover of he night when you escape. odds are your not gonna get caught unless sombody snitches you out, but if you go around telling people i guess thats what happens if your an idiot. why would you try and be a hero at a convenience store and get smoked over a couple bucks or any money at all in that matter. its just money dude life goes on i guess i just apreciate life a little more than you.
@TheMunchMaster Tell you what......come rob me. Open invitation......Tell me to give you my wallet. Demand my money, watch, keys....but don't blink, don't flinch, don't look in another direction, because I am calm, patient and more determined to stop you than you are to rob me. You'll lose.
Appreciate life? How hypocritical can one get. If you appreciate life, you appreciate ALL life. Not just your own. Protect your selfish ass. I'll protect you as well. THAT is appreciation of life my friend.
@TheMunchMaster Furthermore......You are enabling the bad guy to continue his crime spree. But you don't care because you are only worried about you at that moment. Who cares who's next right? You are not part of the solution Munch. You are a continuation of the problem. I am part of the solution. I care who's next. I DO appreciate life. Yes, it's just money.....in your small way of seeing the problem. Is it worth 50-100 bucks to watch another person killed because YOU didn't stop the bad guy?
I am changing my opinion on the title of this video.
Montana no longer has the best concealed carry laws. The best laws are in Alaska, Vermont and Arizona, where they can carry concealed without any kind of permit at all.
@apomiller12 Every state has open carry. Its your right. There is some local city laws that i can think of that limit open carry...New York an DC off the top of my head.
An these laws are in the courts right now so they could get repelled.
@pstramer Hell yeah to Vermont.. I live in Vermont and we literally have ZERO gun laws. Everything is legal. The only laws are against sound suppressors (Fish and Game law to counter poaching) and No loaded long weapons in a vehicle. (Fish and Game Law to prevent poaching). Vermont also bestows the right to carry to any person in the state, Vermont resident or not.
@pstramer Here in Alabama the carry laws are rather good as well. We do, however need a permit. It is a shall issue though, and only costs $20.00 a year. If you do not want to pay, just carry openly, lol.
@pstramer true that... however i'd take vermont out of the mix because they don't issue permits at all so people arent able to carry in other states that would recognize vermonts CCW
thats one reason why i love my State of Arizona ,let the criminals think twice if someone can defend themself or not ,does carry or not ,iam so NOT gonna be the victim
@BloodTar Or vote the right people in that will change it! Because thats what the people in the states that do are doing. Holding their officials accountable.
I agree, but hoping enough voters, vote a pro-carry candidate into office, could take many, many years, even decades. I personally would not be willing to wait a decade in order to have the right to carry, so I would move if I lived in one of those states.
I had a thought of a person bearing a firearm, average commonality and modest, and simply taking with them as they do their shopping or errands. Constitutionally speaking, that individual has the right to do that irregardless of local or state laws or any "required permits." Whether some people may oppose firearms or not, our Constitution states that our right to bear arms may not be infringed. I'm not scholar, but "to bear" means to have or possess on you. "Arms" means a gun. That's it, no more
There is always a One-upper out there. If i know a cleric or someone i want to rob is armed or is possibly concealing a weapon, i wouldn't hesitate on killing him first.
Virginia has open carry and shall issue concealed permits! While you have to have a permit to carry concealed. You do not need a permit to carry open. 26 states now reconize Virginian's concealed permit. I travel and I am packing! I go on vacation and I am carrying! Nothing means more to me than defending my wife and kids and defend them I will!
Its a very simple equation. If we cant protect ourselves, then the cities, counties and states wont need as many police officers on the books. Not as many police officers, means they less revenue for the city/county. Less Money means they cant drive around in new cars and get all their new toys. Pretty simple, they want us to be dependent on them.
i believe that people should be able to cary on college campus if there was just one armed student or teacher in the columbine or Virginia tech incident instead of 30 lives taken realistically probably only 3-4 people even 0 people would of died on thoes days and a crazed gunman wouldnt attack a school if he knew that students or teachers were armed
@OaGuardian I agree with you completely believe me, and you ask me "Why should a citizen register something that is legal to purchase and own?" Im saying let law abiding citizens carry guns, but all guns need to be registered just like all vehicles are registered. Guns have potential to be very deadly just like a vehicle does, why do people register their cars and trucks when they buy it? So if something happens, it can be made right by dealing with the owner.
i am trying to find out when are we going to get to carry with out a permit.
i live in Arizona and there is a lot of gangs here in phoenix.when they see me with my gun they don't give me trouble my girl has a gun too my son can shoot to :D and he is 5yr.
if you're unlucky enough to be caught living in a state like CA,MA,NJ,NY,WI or IL, you basically have no gun rights. These are the top worst states for gun "control". The legislators of those states should be tried and executed for denial of their resident's right to carry.
@sirroxalot I agree with letting citizens arm themselves, but not even registering? You mean you do not register with the state, but you do register to the department of justice. At least if you register federally then your information is still available.
@nightrider2k6 No, I actually mean if I go to a gun show, I give them money and they give me a gun. It's that simple. Now gun and pawn shops will call in your name to make sure you don't have a record, but it's NOT a state law. They simply do that to cover theirselves from being sued and tax purposes. I've bought several from flea markets, where they were laying right on the table. Just pick one up and give them the cash. Nothing to it.
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
Section 2 The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
@phillipngyn Yeah, I was watching a video on a texas man who saw his neighbor's house get robbed he was on the phone with the police, when they told him not to go out there, he went because he knew it was wrong, that was the last thing he said before he opened that door, the next following thing was "BOOM! Your dead..." he gave them 3 seconds to stop coming towards him.... well lets just say....he was right.
Can't wait till i turn 21 so i can get a gun, 4 more years. Understandable wait.
Liberal New Mexico has more gun rights than Texas. My Democratic Governor, Democratic state congress, and Democratic state senate have passed multiple gun rights bolstering laws in the last five years, fare more than their conservative predecessors.
How about you make a stand to progress gun rights further in so called "conservative stronghold states" instead of pointing fingers and making empty threats?
i was only saying that people who are against gun ownership and right to carry need to have a bad situation happen to them and love ones in order to learn the importance of protecting those lives.
If guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns.

Criminals are criminals because they don't follow the law. Plain and simple.
regcav87 9 months ago 5
fairlanejay. You completely missed the point. Criminals don't obey gun laws.
They don't care what is written down as law. We have an absolute right to self defense. Nobody is going to make a criminal of me because I carry my handgun.
You think some law is going to stop a real criminal from carrying a handgun to a public event? That is total insanity.
pstramer 9 months ago 3
@pstramer No its never gonna entirely get rid of handguns, and its not removing anyones rights but it would be a start at reducing crimes with them. license fees dont stop the millions of people who want to drive a car. Maybe Use the license fees to fund a cash for your handgun program. It worked in experiments in certain citys, tons of guns were turned in. Less handguns for kids to get a hold of, less guns for someone in a rage to use. Strap a carbine to your back if you wanna go cost free
fairlanejay 9 months ago
I dont disagree with guns being available to those in work places or jobs that could be threatened. And for people that can go through a detailed approval process paying fees equivalent to the cost of a license tag for a car. With funds going to victims of crime. Any other possession of a hand gun should be considered a felony. Rifles in my opinion are ok, because The bobby kennedys and the recent arizona shootings would likely never occured. Its much harder to sneak a rifle into public places.
fairlanejay 9 months ago

REAL

Any ideas as to why this should work for the US when Mexico is showing us the opposite to be true?
theJdoggIMS 1 year ago
@theJdoggIMS Law abiding citizens in Mexico don't carry so that makes them very easy targets. BGs do think twice if they think someone is carrying, it is why house invasions with the Castle Doctrine enshrined in law are comparatively low. Most BGs unless they are high or drunk would really rather just take your stuff than risk getting drilled. Basic human psychology.
PorchMonkeyPanther 1 year ago
@PorchMonkeyPanther Thanks for the response. Why don't otherwise law abiding citizens carry? I would. Do they carry? Anyone know? I'm not picking a fight. I just like to play devil's advocate from time to time. I sometimes argue against the side I believe in (like concealed carry) just to get a better perspective on the issue. Someone else's knowledgeable perspective helps me know mine better. An unexamined life and all that.
theJdoggIMS 1 year ago
Montana does have weird loophole where you can carry in a purse, fanny pack(maybe), or backpack legally without a permit. The key word being that concealment by clothing is illegal. Other forms of concealment are not. Funny that we supposedly had the best laws when we got one of the lowest violent crime rates even before carry laws. You're more likely to be killed by mother nature than a violent crime. I'm getting a ccp anyways. And what did this vid have to do with Montana? Not one mention.

@TheMunchMaster In your case, you would be a statistic.

I think the title of this video is misleading. I was hoping for information on Montana's law and the word Montana was never mentioned in the video

It's a whole lot easier to control a population if they don't have any firearms.

god damnit why doesnt CA have this yet. CA has more criminals than anywhere else.
nightrider2k6 1 year ago
@nightrider2k6 I know. That's WHY CA has more criminals They won't let citizens defend themselves. I live in SC. We don't even register.
sirroxalot 1 year ago
@sirroxalot I agree with letting citizens arm themselves, but not even registering? You mean you do not register with the state, but you do register to the department of justice. At least if you register federally then your information is still available.
nightrider2k6 1 year ago
@nightrider2k6 No, I actually mean if I go to a gun show, I give them money and they give me a gun. It's that simple. Now gun and pawn shops will call in your name to make sure you don't have a record, but it's NOT a state law. They simply do that to cover theirselves from being sued and tax purposes. I've bought several from flea markets, where they were laying right on the table. Just pick one up and give them the cash. Nothing to it.
sirroxalot 1 year ago
I think this covers it:
U.S. Constitution
Article IV
Section 1

Understandable wait.

dumb liberals need to be robbed and beaten in order to understand that they need the right to carry.

It's dumb to assume all liberals are against the right to carry.

then rise up and make a stand
bitcheznhos 1 year ago
We are making a stand.
Liberal New Mexico has more gun rights than Texas. My Democratic Governor, Democratic state congress, and Democratic state senate have passed multiple gun rights bolstering laws in the last five years, fare more than their conservative predecessors.
How about you make a stand to progress gun rights further in so called "conservative stronghold states" instead of pointing fingers and making empty threats?
desertkoi 1 year ago
i was only saying that people who are against gun ownership and right to carry need to have a bad situation happen to them and love ones in order to learn the importance of protecting those lives.
