  • was that a fucking albino mekong giant?

  • wish i were a rich kid too... :(

  • wow this is awesome no way my little apartment can hold this monster tank only got a 30g in the dining room

  • wow this makes my 300g tank look like a bitch lol

  • zero sense of size just by looking at the fish... lets see the aquarium?

  • why have an arowana when you can have an arapaima?

  • @AquariumWise

RIGHT?! I was like "Where the FUCK did he get one of THOSE?"

  • What do you feed these guys

  • how does that bichir not get eaten?

  • small tank :D

  • if you put 2 male bettas in this tank would they still fight?

  • @NYYROCK they would get eaten

  • @ConstintinosRecon i mean alone :) you know without the bigger fish

  • I'd put 1 Betta in the tank. He'd have an orgasm when he saw the amount of room he had to patrol

  • How the hell to you clean the tank when its taller than you??

  • Imagine a salt water tank this big. You could add all sorts of triggerfish and tangs! You could create an entire coral reef!

  • those are some gorgeous bass

  • fishy heaven....... :)

  • I feel that this is what every fish deserves, I mean when people get arowanas that grow 4 feet long, even when they are in a 6ft long tank it may seem big to us but its nothing compared to if they were in the wild, I wish I could give my fish a tank like this! This guy is truly dedicated to fish keeping, Props bro

  • and I thought my 55 gal was huge 0_o holy

  • what kinda of filter system do you run?

  • I remember seeing this tank on monster fish keepers and I wounder how big are the viewing windows on it and how much did it cost for one of them.

Also I remember I might have heard a story on there that you might be building a 20,000 or more fish tank?

  • love that arapima

  • I wish I had the room and money to do something like this of course I live on a river so i guess I wouldnt need it

  • very nice temensis man! what do you feed them with?

  • just wondered if my 10,000 gallon tank is big enough for one oscar?

    XD

  • Who foots the feeding bill for this baby?

  • I use to think my 300 was big. Love it bro. Perfectly stocked

  • Wat too overcrowded.

  • You are a true KING MAN !!! Thx for this awsome vid

  • WATCH MY VIDS MUST SEE SUBSCRIBE

  • he not stupid

  • You should sell all the fish and buy 3,000 or so neon tetras lol. That would look beast.

  • defo does not look like 10k gallon ...

  • great tank! do you still have the bichir? it looks like one of the big fishes is gonna chomp him off

  • looks like a 1000 gallon tank from the video :/

  • imagine having this size of tank and filling it up with guppies, HAHAHAHAAHAHA!!

  • DAMN how much do you have to pay to feed all these fish because i know pbass mostly eat live foods n nice perch

  • Are there any Oscars in there?

  • 1:27 = nice peacock....err, get outta the way mr.gigas

  • are those peacock bass?

  • QUESTION: Why is these people who are LUCKY enough to have these huge fish tanks so quick to throw HUGE fish in them? If I had it it would be filled with danios, tetras, livebearers, killifish, and cichlids just to name a few!

  • @Lasseter1113 lots of the cichlid family aren't exactly small fish ;) and there are some in there already lol

  • @Lasseter1113 if they wanted small fish, they'd get smaller tanks.

  • this is never 10 000 gallons its way too small for that

  • don't be silly of corse it is.

  • lol i would go fishing in the tank.. wait 2 days of no feeding throw your hook in.. some good fun that last a hour or so

  • why "hire" asians to go in tank? you don't make sense, stupid shit

  • boo on your lake fish

  • I can never understand why people spend thousands on a beautiful tank then fill it full to the brim with uncompatible fish!

    Lack of education obviously

  • A lack of education would also be the reason why you don't understand what the word "compatible" means. These fish are obviously compatible, he's had this setup for a long time.

Why go out of your way to say something negative like that, with no justification or knowledge to back it up?

  • @paigntonlad fukin retard

  • I would swim with them if I had this

  • I would swim in there and ride that arapaima!

  • @darphinparis gl whit getting them of your hands ;p

  • very nice

  • beautiful tank, but you should get some bigass plecos in there XD

  • how the hell do you clean that

  • hire some mexicans

  • @axxobunny

    lol racist but funny !

  • racist jackhole im mexican

piche gringo ni sabes que estoy rallando baboso

  • you'd trust mexicans with your expensive fish tank? lol

  • j'envie le proprio de ce bassin

le mélange de poissons d'Amérique du sud, central et d'Asie me plais bien

  • fill that full of tetras 8D

  • id like to swim in there and it looks like theres just a bit to much fish

  • I don't like seeing people overcrowd a tank like that, but that doesn't mean it's not healthy. The only reason I call it overcrowded is because of the arapaima. Buuuuuttt....I wouldn't mind having a tank like that and an extra school of piranhas...

  • I have the privilege of fishing for the butterfly peacock bass whenever I want in Miami. I can also go out and catch myself Oscars and peacock bass for tanks.

  • the peacocks are amazing

  • wow amazing tank and fish, clean water and just beautiful.

  • Amazing!!

  • lose the catfish and those spotted bass and throw in a schoal of full grown DATS in there!!!! thatd be sick as fuck

  • I have wet dreams about a tank like this. Very nice!!

  • those bass looks good to eat...pole a fishing rod whenever your hungry lol

  • Your Cichla are stunning .....

  • All these monsterfishkeepers tanks are way overcrowded.

  • and all those monsterfishkeepers are so experienced and kno wht they are doing ;)

  • DUDE, SHUT THE FUCK UP!

10,000 gallons is huge, your biggest tank is probably 10, so go home and suck your wifes dick.

  • cichlids are my favorite fish =)

  • datnoid ?

  • cool what resturant is this , looks like hong kong?

  • how is the acrylic held in place?

  • are those emperor cichlids?

  • if you are talking about the green speckald and striped things. They are peacock bass, and they are cichlids.

  • nice tank very nice.

and very nice arapaima i think its call :P

  • add some gold fish dude... it wud make your gigantic aquarium look better!! yeah!! haha.. just kidding.

  • Take another video and stand back and place a cinder block on a stand in the center so you can prove us wrong. If not shut up, Make sure you don't edit the hell out of it like this was. It was cut and spliced so many times to hide the real size of it.

  • if i would own that if that cracks and brokes i would really fucking scream shit!

  • That tank isn't 10k gallons. 8x4x4=128

    128cf X 7.48 = 957.44 gallons.

Look at the peoples reflection in the glass. That tank isn't over 4 ft. tall nor over 8 ft. long.

  • maybe 10,00 liters as also tanks are measured in?

  • I was there myself, the tank is over 20' long....use the fish as reference, the pimas are 5-6' long...and do you not see the tape measure, or the beer?! lol

It's not a standard tank you can buy like an 8x4x4....it's made out of cinder blocks with 2 acrylic panels glued in..

  • hey dude get some oscars they look good

  • Could do with a couple of Neon Tetras do you think? or would they eat those other fish?? lol

  • 10,000 gallon? dude, aren't you afraid your house would be gone if this thing cracks open?

  • who says its in the house

  • bass tank. ^^

that arapaima didn't eat them all eh?

    why my arapaima did that....

  • you mean the arapaima?

  • have fun doing a 3000 gallon waterchange every week damn your back must hurt

  • plumbing to and from the tank ^_^

  • the system dose it for me at the push of a button

  • THIS IS MY DREAM TANK!!!!

  • U could swim in that..wouldnt want to, though...

  • those big arrowanas lol are biggest freshwater fish i nthe world

  • Nice Tank! What is that really long south american looking fish, looks like an arrowana.

  • lovely tank..i like em big!!!!

  • thats what she said...

  • This is in fact over a 10,000 gallon tank. The owner is humble enough to actually tell everyone its 10,000 gallons as it can only that much with all decor and substrate displacing water. So if you calculate the dimension without everything in it, the tank is closer to 12,000 gal. The owner knows its a huge tank and doesn't need to get into it so just says 10,000. I've been there multiple times and it is massive. His largest fish we measured out 2 weeks ago at 72 inches, and growing. Go MFK!

  • Over stocked.

  • howcome they are so peacefull!??>..

  • cuz the tank is so big.. lol no fighting for territories in there

  • can't wait till my albino channel catfish gets dat big

  • what a beautiful selection of fish!

  • Sweet jesus! Those peacock bass are gargantuan! I got myself a 20 incher once but those make mines look like a dwarf. I catch Oscars down here in south Florida also along with Peacock and Largemouth bass. Want a wild Oscar?

Check my vids and video response out.

  • they're not too wild down in Florida. More like dumped in the rivers by people that didn't know they stayed at 5 inches.

  • Flaming Pope - this tank is 10k gallon NOT 1000 gals. I've seen it in person. John, the owner of the tank used a pond shield paint that's blue to seal the cinder block thus making the water blue.

  • First off its a 1000 gallon not 10k. Second how do you keep the water blue?

  • lmao ur dumb.. thats easily 10 thousand gallons

  • uh huh, look at the size of a gallon of milk, approximately ~1foot by 1 ft 1 ft. A 1000 tank, would have dimensions along the lines of ~10ft,10ft,10ft. A 10,000 gallon tank would on the order of 10's have sides ~100ft,10ft,10ft. or about ~21ft on each side(cubed root of 10000). Unless those fish are 7 feet long each, that tank is clearly not 10k gallons.

  • 1 gal. is equal to .133681 cu. ft.... next time do ur homework before u try to sound smart. k? thanks:)

  • also.. get onto any tank calculator on the net and see.. the tank is roughly 10 wide, 20 long, and 7 tall.. u plug that in and wow! 10,472.73 US gallons.. incredible! really the tank looks about 15 plus ft. wide, at least 7 tall, and who knows how deep. again, plz leave ur ridiculous statements to yourself. do ur hw before u down someones video

  • 1) don't trust what you hear on net cause most of the time they don't include specific air soluble/pressure/ various other variables lol, calculus biased integrals +- 10 or so gallons

    2) to redeem myself- I admit I was wrong on 1cubic ft does not equal one gallon, however my math is correct, just multiply the correct ratio through and presto. which is on the order of ten so I guess it would be 10k after all

    3) I never vote on videos, ever

    4) But please do explain the blue water, mine are green

  • 1.. that doesn't make sense lol. This isn't calculus, its simply geometry- volumes. calculus would be used to find maximums or the like, not to find gallonage.

The water is blue because the walls are painted blue, or it will look blue because of the lights above. It would also be died with some chemicals without hurting the fish

  • if you look at the sand on the bottom you can easily see the water is a yellowish green too ;)

  • the cubed root of 10,000 is greater than 10,000

    sqrt of 10,000 is 100

    100^3 is a million

    Math fail

  • ... The cube of the square root of 10,000 is indeed 1,000,000, but that's entirely irrelevant.

The CUBE ROOT of 10,000 is approximately 21.5, which means a 21.5 foot cube would have a volume of approximately 10,000 cubic feet. However, that 10,000 ft^3 would be about 74,000 gallons.

10,000 gallons is about 1337 (lol) cubic feet. The cube root of 1337 is 11, and this aquarium is very obviously 10,000 gallons or more.

  • the post i was replying to (don't know why it didn't go under that post) said the cube of the square root of 10K

    so it's be

    (100^2)^3

    or a million

i see what you're saying, but that's not what he said

  • It's what he meant, though.

  • it looks like an albino channel catfish, a very old one

  • thats what it is

  • what is is that at 6:12

  • looks like some sort of catfish to me

  • LOL thats what we call one hell of a Channel Catfish!

  • pirarucu? ;o

  • Anyone know where to buy peacock bass? I have a 200 gallon tank and I want to buy a few....

  • live aquaria . com

  • liveaquaria d0t c0m

  • nice

  • would that fit four blacktip reef sharks in it????

  • Even if this tank was saltwater, no.

  • how do u clean that tank

  • The fish at 1:14 AND 2:07 is Arapaima Gigas. Largest freshwater fish in the world.

  • The Arapaima gigas has been reported at around 15 feet. Kinda blows your fish outta the water.

BTW, your "shark" is not actually a shark. The only shark capable of living in freshwater is the Bull shark, which is only temporary. The fish you have is from the cyprinid family, same as a goldfish.

  • The fish he has may be An Iridescent "Shark"... Which is still not a shark but a catfish. And yes the Arapaima Gigas gets EASILY 12-15ft...So it would swallow your 4 ft shark lol.

  • the arapaima in this video is like 5 feet already...

15 ft sounds like BS to me, but yeah they get monstrous.

  • they can get up to 15 feet...its not bs

  • it grows 15ft in length......

  • even the red tail catfish in this video can get as big as 4'7''.

  • The arapaima giga is the largest freshwater fish there is. I seen it at sizes from 15-18 feet. So your little 4 foot freshwater shark ain't shit!!

  • without pics, I view your claim of an 18 foot arapaima as bullshit. If you can find some, sorry.

  • the longest arapaima ever caught was only 7 feet. and also, arapaima is not the largest freshwater fish. the giant mekong catfish beats it in weight and the wels catfish beats it in length. arapaima is huge but not the biggest in the world.

  • maybe not now but soon...

  • NOT the largest freshwater fish

  • love the barramundi mate :) its good to see them more often in the pet trade now.

  • 2:07 wat is that?

  • arapima i think

  • what kinda fish is the one at 1:14?

  • you tank ??? XP

  • Who is Sam?

  • dude you have a frieken arapima??? thats awesome!!!

  • man if i had a tank like this every morning i would take a swim in it every morning!!

  • until sam eats you.

  • one pro of a tank this big, I wouldn't have to buy fish because so many people would want to donate to me.

  • you are totally right, you'll never need to buy any fish

  • hes the president of monster fish keepers.

  • how the fuck do you feed them

  • are these amazon fish?

  • wow!!! I dream of an aquariu like this!!! nice tank defiantly 5/5!!!

  • Outstanding set up 10/10 !

  • serious fishtank! loveley cichlas but that bullhead or channel cat thing is OOOOgly!

  • John needs to see a shrink!!! lol..

  • I've always loved those pimas!

  • can't imagin just the cost of feeding them per week...
