I checked wikipedia. It says that it is a Class III short-line railroad operating over 200 miles (322 km) of historic and strategic trackage in Central Virginia. Sharing overhead traffic with CSX and Amtrak, the company's headquarters are in Dillwyn, Virginia in the former Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad (C&O) station, itself a historic landmark in the community.
believe it or not I have seen CSX trains and amtrak's cardinal on that railway and I seen other videos like a CSX grain train at charlottsville virginia That part of the branch is called the north mountain subdivision.

This is a chesapeake and ohio shortline. It is also a trackage right for CSX.
