im still 1 of those that r hoping n praying that she didnt do it as the thought of what that poor little girl went through is praying on my mind....i know all of u who think she is guilty already im just 1 of those that r always lookin for good some where or other...n another thing is if she is found guilty i dont know whether she shud die..that jury has a hard job to do...i do feel for them.

We've all been around death in one way or another whether it be on the side of the road or a loved one dies. That smell is definitely something you can never forget. NOOO!! I don't mean when you pass the smell of a dead skunk on the road either. They naturally stink anyway. I mean going along the road and smelling an awful smell that you just can't describe or put into words BUT YOU DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT THAT SMELL IS. No matter who you are or what you do for a living!

@CathyLeeStoneking I agree - but from personal experience, human decomposition smells COMPLETELY different than roadkill or a dead animal. Like everyone in the court has described, it's a totally unique smell and you can't mistake it for anything else and it's something you *never* forget. ::shivers::

The only way to proove that these guys know what they are smelling, is by having ten cans with different odors inside of them that are incredibly similar smelling and to smell each and every one and tell us which is the odor of Death!!

I cannot accept that he smells one can and assumes it's the smell of Death, I'd have to have the proof right before me to even consider it.

In my opinion Casey had been planning to "get rid" of her child as soon as she met an available young man, and after meeting and becoming infatuated with Tony she decided that the only way she could live "the good life" as her tattoo describes was to carry out the murder of her daughter Caylee. I believe she did this in one day using chloroform to sedate and render her daughter unconscious and then she applied the duct tape to her air passageways and placed her in a bag and buried her to die.

Any witness would pale in comparison to "Unshakeable Vass"; however, this witness will still be good for the prosecution. I can assure you Casey never expected this depth of a crime scene investigation or prosecution. And, in light of all of her alleged computer research for "neck breaking" and "how to make chloroform," her latest "pose" of sitting behind a computer while she makes notes "to assist her attorneys" doesn't do her any favors!

Ugh, this is a terrible witness for the prosecution. He sounds wobbly and not at all confident, especially after the wonderful Dr. Vass...

And the whole bit about Chloroform is not helping the State's position AT ALL. Why did they not prep him better, or ask him to examine the pool water, cleaning products & the soda bottles found in the trash bag so when asked, the guy could offer a better explanation??

This seems to be the weakest link in the States case so far. Very frustrating...
