Excellent package, Brendan. I've wanted to go to Palmer for a while now. CSX has a good reputation of on time reliability up there, that's for sure. I Fav'd this one.

@SFLRailFan Thank you! CSX has a general schedule- lots between 6 and 11 AM and then not much until about 4 PM.

Nice Palmer compilation, I haven't seen a good one of these in a while. I was down in Connecticut with the family on that nice day, so no trains for me!

Now, HOW exactly was the WB Lake Shore 2 HOURS approaching SPRINGFIELD?! I rode it once a few months ago, and we had to sit at CP-45 in Worcester and wait for Q426 to finish crossing onto Pan Am's Worcester Main, and even after that, we still got into Springfield only 10 minutes late. The Vermonter I can see, NOT the WB Lake Shore.

The Lake Shore Limited usually has an Amfleet II Cafe I guess its gone now.
