KNOWLEDGE of good and evil is NOT "deciding" what IS good or evil, rather it is the ability to discern either for what it already is. The fact that Eve didn't already have this ability means that God had not even given her the ability to do "the right thing", so to speak, and so was set up for failure from the beginning.
Christians who deny that we are born with a sin nature need to study the first few chapters in Genesis. There is no doubt in my mind that what the scripture says about how sin came into the world is true.
So being knowledgeable means you are evil? That means God would want us to be slaves and have no free will.

If we didnt know what was good or what was evil, no matter what we did we would not know it was bad? therefore it was not evil

Our disobedience makes it evil dude. God said not to, and we did anyway because it "sounded better."
