Hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.
@shagrath6669 The 4-minute Tabata protocol is a very gruelling and challenging strength and cardio interval training that requires a great deal of attention, energy, stamina and endurance. If you choose the right weight with correct form, the 4-minute round may feel like 15 minutes of fast running on the treadmill. So I suggest you try it on a separate day first. I don't know the intensity and program of your 60-minute cardio. Most people don't do with a good intensity.
@CareyforFitness i've just tried this workout. i lasted for just 5 rounds.. my thighs are killing me right now! but i think this is a very good workout! thanks for sharing..

my yang.. can i do this after a 1 hour cardio.? my cardio are 30 minutes in a treadmill follwed by another 30 minutes in a stationary bike..
can i still do intervals after that?

@shagrath6669 I prefer you do the 4-minute Tababa interval for 3 to 4 rounds and gradually replace your treadmill and bike cardio.

@MrTlkTok The fast pace workout is a combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercise and conditioning. It's more for fat loss than building muscle.

@W0ng10 Exercise and workouts are great. You need to create enough caloric deficit via proper nutrtion to lose weight.
