@cautiousfox Pushups are no easier with the feet spread apart. I'm in the Army and for our PT tests we are allowed to choose how far apart our feet are because it's all the same.

This is a great workout man. I had my baseball team do it today and they hated it while they were doing it, but loved it as soon as it was over. Great job.
