  • I feel so bad for his wife's vagina.

  • anyone know how he is tuned?

  • @zach122085 drop d

  • @zombieshuffle666 he is good, but did you ever seen Don Ross?

in my opinion he is the best guitar player on the world.

it is so crazy what he is playing!!

but i have to say, i cant here it all time

  • a looping pedal would have been cool on this one

  • Amazing guitarist ! Just great !

  • I really like the Ohio riffs at 0:32.

  • anyone else hear the fleetwood mac in it?

  • I probably have some fantastical wishes but one of them involves seeing Tim Live and up close.

  • he has also mastered many other instruments...Guitar, mandolin, sitar, bass, piano, violin, drums, keyboards, harp, djembe, percussion,

  • Everyone should see a Tim show at least once. He is the most underrated guitarist in America, in my opinion.

  • @zombieshuffle666 maybe if he'd come to atlanta

  • Just Wonderful

  • As a woman, I see nothing wrong with Tim's looks....as a musician, BEAUTY radiates from this man in his music. No one could play like that without having their heart & soul in it. I have played guitar for many years (no where even near this caliber), and I can hear alot about this man in his playing. Just WONDERFUL!

  • Not really big fan of effects on an acoustic

  • you people arguing are nuts

they are both studs (apples to oranges) who have mastered their styles of playing

  • comparing tim and andy is like comparing a magician with that guy on the street that has 3 cards and wants you to pick the queen . tim writes better, plays cleaner, plays live, has great improvisation skills, never plays the a solo twice. andy can play a few neat sounding songs that would take tim 5 minutes to learn and when i say 5 minutes, look for video of tim dueling guitars with someone, what ever they play he can repeat instantly,by 5 minutes i mean how ever long it takes to play a song.

  • Looks like Charles Bronson.

  • lol, I know eh? Tim's got to be the weirdest half dead looking, gay speaking BEST GUITARIST EVER!!

    Love him!

  • @SaddamsStuntDoubL Charles Bronson is the man

  • tim is amazing.

  • astonishing.

kinda looks like steven king or a who-ville person from dr. suess books

  • hes fuckin awsome

  • to play like that you must have a weird complex brain. but at the same time haveing trouble tieing your shoes...lol

  • tim cheats, hes too good. honestly i dont think anyone can touch him when it comes to acoustic

  • andy mckee. nuff said

  • way different playing styles, Justin king is like Andy Mckee and The other way around, Tim Reynolds is great at speed picking on acoustic and mixing effects with his acoustic playing, as well as his slide work. Its all different styles, and they are all good players.

  • Yes but so does ...."But there's no doubting that Andy Mckee plays the acoustic guitar better"....and....."Andy Mckee plays is far superior to that of any other style as far as skill is concerned.".....of there is doubt, of course some other player may be more "talented"....your voicing your opinion as it is fact, as if you own some meter that evaluates guitarists skill level.

  • also..... don't you see the hypocracy in your statements....if you don't, then your not very smart. You can not possibly know what skill type is harder, I've watched alot of both these guys, and to be honest, its really apples and oranges, seriously, both are very good at there own skill set. And you saying one is better is only an opinion, so state it as such, not fact.

  • you lose, but you will live to fight another day.

  • tabs?

  • One word - amasing

  • amazing**

  • does this video take really long to load for anyone else?

  • Videos tend to load slow for me unless I put them in high quality..

You can bypass the lack of a button by adding &fmt=18 at the end of the url.

  • no...

  • truly amazing

  • you can't say one is better than the other because they dont play the same style of music... If you want to see just how good tim reynolds is watch his video with Warren Haynes.. in soulshine and tell me that tommy emmanuel is still better youd be nuts

  • Tommy Emanuel is indeed much more talented, The song is also a little bit too primitive to make it a daring piece to play! But the audience seems to be happy with the performance.

  • huhhh??

  • GENIUS

  • frickin awesome!!!

  • i love slaps at beginning,it sounds so sweet

  • i like it

  • he is nothing compared to Tommy Emmanuel

  • Get them both on stage and we'll see. I'd love to see that

    Crossroads next year!!!!!!

  • Hater..don't lie, you come to watch the vid cuz you know he's good.

  • well he is good i guess but nothing compared to TE. Look neil young's version

  • tommy is GOD

  • two different styles of music, they are both amazing at what they do. I hate how people compare musicians, just listen to what they make, who cares whos better.. that's not what music is about

  • But TR plays electric guitar like a master too! Have you ever seen TE doing that. In fact, I think TR is better on an electric (but most people really like his acoustic work...mostly because of DMB).

  • TE plays a lot of electric (or used to) - obviously amazingly well. This guy is coool as well.

  • Right To Favs...Incredible string seperation.

  • incredible...

  • perfect sound. awesome shot. great song. perfect cover.

  • he is just fantastic. anyone has the tab he is playing here. is it really the as on his web site?

  • Saw him at Sunrize Festival @ Huntingdon PA!

  • Good musicians are nice to listen to, but this exceeds good. Best version of Ohio I've ever heard! It is almost a relief of all the shit going on in your life when listening to his amazing guitar work is.

  • Guitar work definetly superior to the original. This guy is just off the hook. Yeah off the fucking hook.

  • beautiful rendition of this song. This man is a ture musician...you can see it in his facial expressions. Oh yeah, and i love the use of the thumb pick as a bass drum, that's pretty hard to pull of cleanly but he does it here...very nice job, this has been added to my favorites!

  • I've never seen anything like that before. wow.
