Hate when people say these are not durable. Example "My gears melt!" Answer Metal gears $10 TOPS. "My dog bones and suspention arms break" Metal parts $89. Dont drive like a tard at full speed the whole time and none of this happens.

I have 3 RedCats ! They are wonderfull.. Tornado s30 , volcano and a Shockwave. And let me tell you the quality is very good and easy to do maintenance! I preffer Redcat rather than traxxas!

i love my backdraft got it about a month ago, its a blast, and a hell of a deal for the price, i was a bit worried about its quality because of ppl saying redcat is shit but, its been a great car i even whacked it full speed on a stump and it died and i thought ah crap something broke, but all that happened is i bent the muffler and it hit the gear, i just popped it back in place and good as new (with a dented muffler) heh

Question about the BD. I notice that this buggy is setup very different the most buggys regarding layout. The tank is in the rear near the engine. Also there are no cutouts for refueling which I think is very cool. (shocked to see that it got that dirty)

and I like how the manifold exhaust sticks out. Looks good.

The body shell seems unique as well. It has no cutout for the nose to fit in the shock tower... nice video

I love both of them. They are equally good performers and durable. 8E is faster in acceleration and speed. while 3.5 has a tight sound of a racing engine plus its refill and bash :D

very easy. Get a 2.4G from RedCat Racing, take the old receiver in the car out and put in the new 2.4G receiver in, connect servo cables, bind it to radio and you are done :)

you must always break in the engine. these are not gas engines with rings. these are nitro methane u must always break in the engine or you will burn it up very fast

I remember the fisrt time i crashed my nitro buggy, i was going about 20 turned sharply right, it barrel rolled about 20 times, landed on its wheels. The only thing that broke was the antenna...Then a week after I crashed it into a curb going about 20-25.........It stopped dead in its track! Bent the whole front inch of the bottom plate abouth 15 degrees up. its an exceed rc .18 1/10 buggy.

Hello Ali, after a short wait, I've finally got my car. Some fast manouver in a not such big road and I hit a wall frontally at low speed. I've breaked the piece that keep the bodyshell retained (that small plastic screwed on plastic that retains the bodyshell with two irony pins)... I was disappointed. I've fixed the chassis actually with a caucciù string. Anyway, the car is fabolous, very powerful and amazing. They used to made the car unavaiable because they saved 0,2cents on a plastic part!
