He just wasn't legally allowed to come out, because he had to go through the court systems to allot his money properly because he was so young. So, Wu-Tang ended up coming out before him because of his age issue. He always repped them too, but he was in there with them on equal grounds. He wasn't under Wu, like Raekwon or someone else was under Wu, he was his own entity before Wu. Respect to Shy.
