The HOW of astrology isnt known. I think it's a little like weather-forecasting. "The energy" of a storm can hit a mountain and have little impact or it can hit a coastline city and leave a trail of destruction or another planetary energy may manifest as hot sunshine which either causes famine and death or ensures you get tanned on your vacation. So the energy has different results wherever it lands. The astrologer attempts, like the weatherman to interpret its likely effects.
