yo. my question is this. How did you take out the bovine leukemia virus? Would you promote this mucus, lymphatic clogging substance to some one who doesn't move lymph or take supplements to clean the lymph?
@TheOuijaBird i'm pretty sceptical man even though it's grass fed, raw , or organic it's still not a human food.. I am also worried about your health in the long term Using this substance. I'd listen to dr robert morse. He has had many dairy farmers through his door. It doesn't matter what kind of dairy it is. it could be the healthiest cow on earth. It clogs lymph!
Protein from cows would generally be considered bad the the human digestive system would is it not? Making the intestines hard to digest any nutrients as it forms a crust over time. This is according to Dr William Ellis who conducted a 40 year study on dairy and it's effects on the human body. Spirullina would be much healthy to take especially for someone who is an athlete and looking for non mucus causing protein.
@SeasonViolet many people do digest diary and other animal products quite well, it depends on your metabolism, etc. again, quality is imperative here, garbage factory farmed pastuerized diary is NOT the same product as 100% grass fed organic small farmed raised dairy. just like a GMO tomato is not the same thing as the heirloom local organic tomatoes gotten at farmers market. these distinctions are not always so cut and dry nor simplistic. there are many variables to consider.
For protein based, take spirullina and Chlorella. They are very potent. When i mean by "potent", i mean it in the sense that it is like pouring pure clean vibrant water in a polluted ocean.
They both raise your vibrationnal/cosmic energy. And aswell, chlorella works on the genetic level of the cells of your body. It actually reorganises and puts order into the cells that have anamolies, like in cancer.
@herbgardner00 It was via the Hyperion Herbs website. Don't suppose you could make an exception for me and offer the free shipping so I can make an order.
@MickCaleb theres not actually or legally raw, most likely just a marketing tactic. if it were they would be subject to some intense government regulation. raw diary is illegal is most states across the US and the transportation of it across state lines is even more regulated. im sure youve probably heard of all the FDA raids on raw diary farms and distributors in recent times, if not google it to see what i mean.
@herbgardner00 I know all about it, and Im not discouraging your product (actually I will most likely try it). I love your herbs, I regularly use all the tonics and the others as well. But the whey product I use is legit, check it out, maybe you can figure out how they get around the law. google cocoonnutrition one world whey
I went to a nutrition class recently at whole foods about getting protein from plant based sources. They recommend that we only use hemp protein powder because soy is often GMO and whey (and milk products in general) just isn't agreeable to human bodies. They said that hemp protein powder was the way to go, but if you had to get the whey or soy, just make sure it is organic like you have chosen or else it would be contradictory to making a healthful drink in the first place.
@lovely9161 True, I'm not a fan of fancy smoothies at all. That particular Whey Protein is only a Consentrate (Whey Protein Isolate is meant to be better quality) and is costing around $67/kg. That's an expensive sauce of protein IMO! Also having half a tub of that in a week? 18 serves? That's your RDI of protein just from processed milk alone! I think I'll pass on that too :D
@bigamejames1 Whey Isolate is called ISOLATE because they take all of the healthy amino acids out of it during processing. It is in no way shape or form "better" quality. This is also for athletes who need much more than the conventional RECOMMENDED daily amount. And who the fuck drinks milk anyway? Go suck an utter. lol

Q. You put your soaked chia seeds back in the fridge? I was wondering how you got em so "goopy" and gelatenous.
FR05t828 1 month ago
@FR05t828 yes, just let them soak in the water for about 10-15 mins and they will get all goopy :)
herbgardner00 1 month ago
@FR05t828 You can also soak them in juice to make what's called a "chia fresca." It's sort of like a crunchy/healthy jell-o or jam.
