I find it sad that a recording industry that was unhappy with the lead singer of Romeo Void for her appearance (even tho she could sing and the band sounded good) puts *this* out, where they hide the singers face behind the mike and keep her mostly in the dark, she doesn't sound good even if you can call it singing. That she's blonde and skinny seems to be the *only* things they care about. Vaguely interesting video, seen once, if only because the arm thief is kind of interesting looking..

The Original song is from the 80s new wave band Romeo Void and was released in 1982. It is likely that the clip used in Dodgeball is from the original. I've not seen Dodgeball in a bit, so I'm not sure. It's been done by Julian-K, and well, you can just look at the list to the right ----->

People getting all wound up about this not sounding like the original don't really understand that remixes, which are often accompanied with dancing in clubs, aren't really closely listened to word for word when there is a lot of other shit going on. exactly. In actuality, the original song was New Wave. Which, in fact, was originally supposed to be a mix of punk, pop, and synths..however, everything from disco to pop has been called new wave...and i find that to be a shame.
