2 lives could have been saved, if just anyone would have helped this overextended family which was not able to raise a child. Yeah, I know it's hard to see if a family needs help but so a full of potential life of a child has been lost. There is no "winner" and no justice in that case because that child won't come back to life. Just sad for everyone involved.

The fact that asshole Joseph Duncan had to victimize so many (already a sex offender plus out of control) and finally KILL over 5 children before anyone realized he was not fit for society made me lose all faith in the justice system period. Maybe he'd be long gone had he been tried in another state, now he will only be protected from society in my eyes. I dont know what to think of this country anymore and used to be able to watch these videos and give a shit, but when the worst gets a slap?

It being TX he will be put to death quick within a few yrs.... in 99% of states they would house him for 30yrs at the cost of millions.. Some die of natural causes befor they are put down..
