@Armanition I used a direct x 10 emulator. I got only 0-3FPS with fraps not even recording. All you could really see is some cars and niko everything else was blue depending spin weather conditions. It was too unplayable even with all low settings it said GPU is either full or too bad to run at these settings. You can try it but really laugh:(

Why do you have GTA IV installed? It doesn't even attempt to run on netbooks...

@Makezu32 You must not have the right hardware try to run as administrator  if that doesn't work then wait for a new release.
