@orchimaru123 The HU is "Navigation Ready". In order to have the navigation you need the Module from Garmin. Crutchfield lowered the price, it was once $600 but now it's like $300.

@2002ZRX1200R Not hard at all. It fit right in. Just go to crutchfield put in the vehicle you have and it'll show you what'll fit.

@Same4Ever18 No the lowering springs I have are TRD. Anything TRD related your warranty is fine. They sell TRD products for our cars at the dealer but don't buy them there.

That's pretty cheap considering that's almost new. Have you looked at the car report? Any accidents, water damage, if anything has gotten fixed etc?

I checked the carfax. No accidents, no repairs and a clean title. It seems that the previous owner defaulted on the car loan and the car was sold in a bank auction. Nothing has been done to the car except for a cd player. I'm going to check it out this weekend. Maybe get it down 16.5k. btw that kenwood is freaken boss.

Yeah I installed it myself. I've done everything to this car myself with my Dad.

The only thing the shop did was my alarm.

The gauges are simple you just need to know how to solder and have patience..

It's really not that hard. You just have to follow the polarity marks. The biggest pain is the needles. You have to cut the back plate of them and then also get hobby shop paint and do it the color you'd like.

Also the stock radio is a pain in the ass. The HVAC isn't that bad.

I got them for free from a good friend of ours. I had to buy the enclosure which was only $40 I think in PepBoys I don't really remember. However go to crutchfield you'll find good deals..

Also what do you mean do you need the Kenwood thing? If you need a headunit to have a sound system? No. You can use your factory headunit but you won't get the same feature and settings as you would if you had a aftermarket headunit.

Yeah the volume wheel does stick out you can grab it with your fingers and spin it with ease.. Also the USB I tucked in the center console, when you get the iPod module it connects to the USB as well as the plugs on the back.

The USB is only good when using a HDD or putting images on the Head unit.

Yeah you can use the USB Flash Drive with no problem. I was referring to when you have the iPod module their is no use for the USB.

Haha yeah the tC came with a PIoneer headunit so I'm not sure if the factory speakers are Pioneer as well but they are pretty loud.

Thanks man I really appreciate the compliments! Also the tC is a good car to mod or even as a stock DD. Hey you can't complain a lot of 16 year olds don't have cars so you have that advantage. I got my car when i was 18, I had to prove to my parents that I was responsible enough to pay for the car, insurance, and all my bills without having to ask them for money so once I proved that I got my car.. You should take some videos of your car, and I'm going to be making another video soon.

I saw u still had the movie playing while you was driving how do u do that or how do you override the receiver so when i drive my movie will still play so i don't have to park to see the movie?

Yes I modified the gauges.. I did a custom led swap on them myself.. The newer tC's still come with the orange gauges and hvac.

Nah, VW GTI. I was researching the Kenwood headunit and just installed one in my car about 2 weeks ago. Loving it so far.

I test drove a tC awhile back. Good car. When I think about it Im not really sure why I chose the GTI over it. I'm happy with my car though.

Hey thanks man I appreciate it. Also it fits perfect. You won't find the DDX-512 anymore though it was a 2008 model they now have the DDX-514 though which is basically the same thing just a 2009 model. You might be able to find a refurb model on crutchfield or even ebay.

I was actually thinking about chrome rims. I just have to find a good style to put on them. I have the 18" kyowas with the chrome lip but I think I may sell them and get something different. I'm starting not to like the style.

Hey man the door closes all the way I just had to drill holes in the factory mounts. Also with the album art I'll check this saturday I'm taking a bunch a videos so I'll post them up.

Also the system ready that you're hearing is my Cobra Radar not the hu if that's what your referring to.
