First time I've heard that particular version, it's been changed so often since the orginal. Wikipedia will give you the Burn's version and the commonly used English version (which Burn's must still have credit for). If you search for Scottish Parliment there's a traditional version or keltickev27 without a doubt knows more than myself (there maybe something about the tune it was intended for)
