here a tut that is correct. search for razvakid92 and his video name is How to install Apache and @hardlyown is donest work as your ip or a no ip adress you would have to get dysdns updater and portforward etc etc etc

your not suppose to click both of those you only click run with apache
look i cant start the apache thing in XAMPP Control Panel, please help :)
