i have the same marina tank cept mine is doesn't have those rocks and my male betta has also made a bubble nest. It means he's happy or is ready to mate

you should get a 1 gallon tank my betta fish is in one he loves it and you should try fish flakes

I wouldn't breed him. Just because he is a veiltail. Veiltails are the standard betta and they would be hard to sell or give to pet shops. I would get a crowntail or a halfmoon or something more desirable if I were to breed him. :)
